Airports
The Air Traffic Control Tower for the WV Air National Guard in Martinsburg, WV is a 10-story, 128 foot tall total precast structure. The geometry of the arch and inverted precast on the tower proved to one of the toughest challenges of the project, but one that was successfully overcome.

The New Springfield High School was built as part of Ohio
School Facilities Commission program. The new facility
replaces two existing high schools, with a capacity for
2,447 students. The building has precast concrete
insulated wall panels around the main three story
classroom wing.

Healthcare
The Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine's [LECOM] new
Integrated Health and Wellness Center in Erie, PA, is due to open
January 2009. The three story state-of-the-art facility is 82,000
square feet and is clad in architectural precast wall panels
produced by Sidley Precast Group.

Office Buildings
Avery Dennison's new four-story building includes 145,000 square
feet of office space and training center with 45,000 square feet
of research laboratories. Sidley Precast Group produced spandrels,
window panels and column covers totaling 47,000 square feet
of concrete or more than 415 pieces of precast concrete

Parking Structures
The Morgantown Parking Authority turned to Precast when the revitalized Wharf District in Morgantown, WV was in need of a new Parking Garage. The $4 million four-story structure accommodates 316 vehicles. The garage's precast spandrels feature thin-set brick.

Stadiums
The new Washington Nationals opened Spring 2008. The stadium is located along the Anacostia River waterfront in a new mixed-use entertainment district in our nation's capital. The ballpark is the first major stadium in the United States accredited as a "LEED-certified" environmentally friendly building.
